Durable enough for daily use and graceful enough for special occasions, the Corelle Enhancements dinnerware makes maximum use of minimal adornment. Each piece is pure white with a swirled, scalloped border and a smooth center. The look is compatible with plainly set tables or boldly colored linens. Created in a lamination process that combines two glasses, the dishware is strong, lightweight, and chip-resistant. It is also safe in the oven, convection oven, and microwave, simplifying steps from preparation through serving. With 16 pieces in all, this set includes four place settings, each with a dinner plate, a salad plate, a soup/cereal bowl, and a glass. What I liked most about this product is it came with glasses rather than coffee cups....corelle is always a good buy the product is attractive, can be used for everyday as well as for entertaining.....is durable, and this pattern is usable in any decor....

Pretty much what I was looking for
I was impressed with this set. The glasses are VERY heavy and feel sturdy. I was a little disappointed that the smaller plates are the 7 1/4" bread plates, rather than the 9" luncheon plates. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied! Well worth it's money.

great for everyday and formal table settings
True to the Corelle quality this set is durable enough for daily use, but pretty enough to pass off as the good china for a formal table setting or dinner party. The lasting white crispness allows for prepared foods to stand out on their own merrit. I would have ordered the tea/coffe cups but thanks to the reviews that advised that the tea cups in this pattern are not the Corelle material but a ceramic instead, wish they made the whole set from the Standard Corelle materials. You get what you pay for, and is worth every penny!
